概述

The TPC6200SQ is a 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC for high precison and low power measurement. The TPC6200SQ features an internal programmable gain amplifier(PGA), voltage reference, oscillator, digital filter and temperature sensor. The device supports a wide range of supplyvoltage from 2.7 V to 5.5 V.

The data rate of TPC6200SQ is configurable from 64 SPS to 32 kSPS. The PGA provides input ranges spanning from ±256 mV to ±6.144 V, with the analog input negative voltage down to −128 mV, which allows both high precision positive and negative signal measurement. The intergrated input mux supports two differential pairs or four independent single-ended inputs. The internal temperature sensor can be used for general temperature monitoring or thermalcouple cold-junction compensation.

The TPC6200SQ can be set in single-shot conversion mode or continuous conversion mode. The single-shot mode features power down after a conversion, which is suitable for low power applcaitions. The digital interface supports communcation with varioushost controllers with SPI-compatible serial interface. The TPC6200SQ is available in an MSOP10 package and operating from −40°C to +125°C.
