概述

The T74L541 is an 8-bit buffer/line driver featuring 3-state outputs. This device incorporates two active-low output enable pins (OE1 and OE2), the outputs are enabled only when both OE1 and OE2 are LOW. A HIGH on either OE1 or OE2 will place the outputs in a high-impedance state.

The T74L541 is available in the TSSOP20 package and is characterized from −40°C to +125°C.
