概述

The TPT725x devices are high-performance, bidirectional I²C-compatible isolators with 8000 V_RMS (WWSOP), 6500 V_RMS (WSOP), and 3750 V_RMS (SOP, QSOP) isolation ratings per UL 1577. These devices are also certified by VDE, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5A, CQC, and CB.

The TPT725x devices provide high reliability and high performance at low power consumption while isolating logic input and output. Each isolation signal channel is separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide insulation barrier. The TPT7251 has a bidirectional data channel and a unidirectional clock channel while the TPT7250 device has two isolated bidirectional channels for clock and data. The TPT7251 is suitable for single-master applications while the TPT7250 is suitable for multi-master or slave clock stretching applications.

The Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of the TPT725x devices have been significantly enhanced via innovative circuit design and optimized structure.

The TPT725x family is available in the SOP8, WSOP8, WWSOP8, SOP16, QSOP16, WSOP16, WWSOP16 packages and is characterized from −40°C to +125°C.
