概述
The T74L1G74 is a single positive edge-trigger D-type flip-flop with the VCC supply from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. SchmittTrigger action with slower rise-and-fall times and better noise immunity. IOFF circuits can prevent backflow current during power-down, thus supporting partial power-down protection. A LOW level at the SD and RD to set and reset the output.
The T74L1G74 is available in VSSOP8 and DFN1.4X1-8 packages and is characterized from –40°C to 125°C.
