概述

The CM1003-S Series is a protection IC for lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries and includes high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. The overcharge, over discharge, discharging and charging overcurrent protection of the rechargeable one-cell lithium-ion or lithium-polymer battery can be detected.
